Q & A about “Study With Adam” [launching tomorrow]

Here are some of the answers to the most common questions I got this last week.

Q: “How much will it cost?”
A: It will be very, very affordable, and it will be similar in cost to many of the other “online guitar academies” today.
In some cases it will cost even less.
You’ll find out exact pricing tomorrow, and there will be a FREE 14 day trial 🙂
You will get to watch ALL the lessons, and participate as if it is a full membership, without restrictions of any kind – for 14 days, at no risk or cost to you.
The true value in the site is not just the library but your ongoing teacher / student relationship with me.
Q: Which songs are in the Watch & Play Library?
A: I’m not making song info available at this time or answering this question – and here’s why…
The “library” is intended for my students who’ve taken the first step – and committed to studies with me – by signing up.

Right now there are a good handful of

Q: “Adam, how on earth will you run a teaching site and tour at the same time?”
A: Drum roll please….I am getting outside help for running tech support and other parts of the site.
- Web, tech and billing “support” will be handled by an AWESOME team that I have on board so that you can get answers and solutions quickly, even when I am on tour or unavailable.
- Guitar & music “support” questions will be answered by me, personally.
- For general “site” & basic how-to questions, a friendly helper may send you an answer via email or support ticket instead of me – so I can stay focused on lesson delivery.
Q: “How long will it take to get Adam’s responses to videos and questions?”
A: I will send you responses to you as quickly as possible, hopefully within 5-7 days.
This “video response” teaching process is totally new for me, so I will have to see how the flow goes. Often I am on tour in places with no wifi, but I will do my best to get you answers as quickly as possible.
Q: Why not just do SKYPE lessons instead?
A: At the moment, because of tour scheduling and technical hassles with wifi, it is very hard to do skype lessons.
With the “video uploads and feedback responses” we can communicate when it is most convenient for both of us.
This saves you time, hassle and money – and helps everything fit with your work & family schedule.

I recently started going with my girlfriends 13 year old son (gulp…almost stepson?) to Aikido training.
He is an introverted artistic kid and needs to connect the body to the head more – but without competition.
